Review: Very spaciest - Great chair , very comfortable
Review: Pre-drilled holes do not align with metal frame - I was so hopeful that this would be the answer to my pedicure station. I need to return to manufacturer defect. It would’ve been perfect if the chair could’ve been assembled. The metal frame assembly holes would not align with free drilled and anchored bolt assemblies on eitherthe side of the chair. One side I was able to get just one bolt in crooked and the other side neither which made it impossible to continue building the chair. I purchased it for $559 and returned it through UPS for $329 since it didn’t come with the prepaid return label, the two boxes are heavy, I am escalating this to desertcart since it was a manufacturer defect, looking for reimbursement shipping back. I am reluctant to reorder, so I am looking for an alternative pedicure station.

I was so hopeful that this would be the answer to my pedicure station. I need to return to manufacturer defect. It would’ve been perfect if the chair could’ve been assembled. The metal frame assembly holes would not align with free drilled and anchored bolt assemblies on eitherthe side of the chair. One side I was able to get just one bolt in crooked and the other side neither which made it impossible to continue building the chair. I purchased it for $559 and returned it through UPS for $329 since it didn’t come with the prepaid return label, the two boxes are heavy, I am escalating this to Amazon since it was a manufacturer defect, looking for reimbursement shipping back. The chair looks nice and is comfy but it doesn’t sit up all the way like in the second photo, so it’s kind of awkward to do pedicures if you don’t want to recline. It’s not super wide but it should fit most people, but I do think it can support heavier people pretty well. The instructions could have been a little more detailed but it wasn’t too difficult to figure out.
