A: I don’t know because I ordered this for someone else. They did tell me that they didn’t care for kimchi in a can. It didn’t taste that good.

Yes they jump out as soon as can is opened.

A: I thought so.  But I like hot foods.  Tabasco is very mild to me.

Canned kimchi is a new thing to me. It’s shelf stable and has a decent flavor. The serving size s decent and because it’s shelf stable the serving size is perfect for a quick steamed rice and kimchi snack. Or supplement with a nice ramen dish. While not the most flavorful it is a handy kitchen stable to have in case you need a smaller supply. I will use this again in the future. Texture and taste make this a decent kitchen use item. Highly suggested.
