I am in my mid 60s and have had serious problems falling asleep for many years. I tried all the OTC products to no avail. Melatonin alone did nothing. I finally asked my doctor for sleeping pills. Ambien worked fine BUT after waking one morning with a half eaten cheesecake, which I had apparently eaten with my hands, next to me on the bed I was concerned. Later, on two separate occasions, I woke to find my double front doors standing wide open. That ended my relationship with Ambien and I was afraid to try any other prescription sleep aids. My pattern became not sleeping at all one night, four or five hours the next night, maybe two or three the next night and crash the next. I began doing some research and then turned to Amazon where I found this miracle. I just received my second bottle. I wanted to finish the first before writing a review. Without a doubt this is the best sleep aid I have ever tried. I have been consistently using it since my first order arrived on February 1st. From that night on I fall asleep easily and sleep 8 or 9 hours a night with no morning after “hangover”. I find it works best for me if I take a “full” dropper, which actually looks like a half dropper, an hour and a half before bed. Then 30 minutes later I take about half of a dose. In about 15 - 30 minutes I’m in dreamland. I’m including a photo of the ingredients so that you can see all the natural goodness. Update-I am now on bottle #6 and have been using NoctuRest for almost 6 months.
