A: I'm a size 7 in women's running shoes and when I purchase a men's running shoe I buy a 5.5. I would suggest a 6.5 if you're a woman's size 8. Be sure to check out Kricelys size chart, right now they are doing free returns if the size isn't right.

A: For me, these walking shoes have great arch support to prevent us from getting injured. I like this pair of shoes very much. It is also breathable and lightweight.

A: They have laces but I messaged the customer service about getting a smaller size due to them being bigger than expected. Still no response

I bought these to try for running. The price was great, but they offer very little cushion for running on pavement. Plus they don’t come in 1/2 sizes. I wear these shoes for actual trail running, no sidewalks or paved walkways. I have different shoes for road running . I have been running 4-6 miles, 3-4 times a week in these things and so far am pleased with their performance and they have proven to be a value. They are definitely more of a minimal style of trail running shoe, which I prefer. If you're a Boomer, use to wearing a pair of New Balance with a 2" thick sole that you picked up at Costco, these shoes are probably not for you.
