After 5 months, the plastic buckle on the bottom of the shoulder strap snapped. I purchased the Strap Pack for the purpose of carrying my bucket of equipment from the car to a fishing spot. The back part is not the most comfortable when walking longer distances over .5 miles. However, it does fit perfectly on a 5 gallon bucket and keeps it very secure. The Strap Pack is well worth $30, because it eliminates the need to create a device with similar functionally.
