I'd read the reviews saying they are a bit small and to go a size up. so I thought I'd get the 18, but I wanted them baggy so I thought I'd order size 20 even though they were bound to be huge. The size 20 arrived and I litterally couldnt get them up nevermind get the zip or buttons done. The sizing is ridiculous. I'd take a guess that the size 20 is in actual fact as size 12 ish. It's a shame because they are nice and feel like nice material. Same listing - linked from my previous purchase. Different fabric - slightly lighter weigh, different design - the new ones have elastic at the back waist - and a much better fit. Moral of this story - it's a bit of a lottery ;-)I read the earlier reviews, and ordered larger. The plain black ones were very big all over. As other reviewers have commented, this is not a women's cut... the plain black ones have room for a padded codpiece ;-) However, with a wash (to shrink) and some sewn darts around the waist, they will be fine as working pants/trousers.
