It is warming but neither sharp nor bitter, with a fabulous piquant taste. Excellent stuff ! In common with other reviewers, I also have found that few supermarkets are still stocking it, so was especially pleased to quickly recieve a pack with such a long expiry date. One other point : Do you suffer awful cooking put in front of you at mealtimes ? Believe me, this also functions perfectly to obliterate and mask such ghastlies. The bottom line?
