Can't really speak for any other brands. I have some tight and some looser, so just use the GUM brush on all that I can, then floss what I can. I have dentist clean my teeth every four months to cover anything I missed. That might be your best bet. Tight teeth are wonderful but definitely a cleaning challenge. And each one is reusable but there's a lot of them. It says ultra tight but honestly it still doesn't go in between my teeth. I don't know if I'm using them improperly or what. I never understood how these go in between ANYONES teeth, let alone a bigger size. However, I use it for scraping plaque off my teeth or food, or use it as a toothpick sometimes. The brush is nice to just move along your gumline and it'll clean things up like a toothbrush or floss would. Its also got a nice grip!
