The gel is thick enough for control, yet still smooth and easy to mix in, and it doesn’t affect the buttercream’s texture. A little goes a long way, and the color is very vibrant. I was aiming for hot pink but ended up with more of a purplish pink – likely a learning curve on my end. There was little to no leakage, just a tiny bit seeping from the tip. Even though the color wasn’t exactly what I expected, the cake still looked great.
