The size holes on this band are spaced differently than the OEM band, and as a result this headset sits slightly higher on the head causing more neck strain. I'm using the headset with the second from the tallest option - the tallest option doesn't even fit in the headset. I am using the SOULWIT cooling pads which are slightly bigger than OEM with a bit more clamp force as a result, so milage may vary. Review: Put this on my audeze maxwell and wow it made a huge difference in comfort.
