Review: Great for pregnancy - I have been taking these during pregnancy and also during intensive study time at university. Very good quality! I had an issue once as one bottle was not completely full and I got send another one. Very pleased overall.

It was just an interesting logical approach). I can honestly say that following the book's advice by taking 4 (yes 4) of these tablets at night-time had a miraculous effect within just a few days (without changing anything else). I woke feeling clearer-headed and far more positive. I kept it up for a couple of weeks, then gradually reduced the number per night, and am now down to one per night. But if I forget to take it, I definitely feel more "foggy-headed" the next day. Can't recommend this enough, wish I'd found it years ago.
