I use them overnight because the mildly mint one was too intense for nighttime use. They really do lubricate your mouth and since I've been using them nightly my halitosis has improved significantly. I also haven't had a reoccurrence of tonsil stones since using these. My only complaint is that the berry smoothie flavor does not adhere to the gums as well as the other flavors.
