Not too difficult to put together either as most of it came bolted together. I like this product better because it has more going for it. I like the upper body component. DB Method does not have that. It is strictly lower body. Also, with this machine you can intensify your workout with the resistance bands. There are no resistance features on the DB Method. I purchased mine on Amazon around 2021 - the framework is not as substantial this time round. It is as lighter framework and doesn't have the same sturdy feeling. On saying that it has the same concept, suitable for up to a medium framed person. I love this trainer as it does all the hard work for you.. Helps thighs, legs n upper body strength. very enjoyable workout. Folds straight and can put against a wall or behind the couch for storing.
