Review: Good product - So far so good (~2000 miles). Ordered on desertcart.com, and made an appointment on desertcart with a local tires shop. Installation was flawless. Tires feel very good, handling improved, low noise.
Review: Great customer service - I ordered 4 of those tires. After a month somebody slashed one of my brand new tires. So I had to order new one. The first time delivery took about 5 days. This time should be about one week. I had to travel so I asked customer service if the can shipped faster. I got it next day!!! I really appreciate it!! Now the tire are also great themselves. Low noise and great so far on rainy days. So again thank you to customer service.

**Q: In the special feature it says it is a Run Flat tire. Is that correct?**
A: Don’t know, current tire dies go flat, same brand.

**Q: I would like to know road noise and snow traction**
A: Road noise is not bad. You can carry a conversation with others in the back seat. Ride quality is nice. Had them on my wife’s CR-V. I would not recommend an all season tire for snow use, the rubber compound hardens with cold resulting in less traction. I would recommend a snow tire for snow use. All season tires turn into hockey pucks in extreme cold, the harder the compound the less friction between the tire and road surface. The softer the rubber compound the greater traction but shorter tread life. The harder the compound less traction but longer tread life.

**Q: Does local installation fee include mounting and balancing?**
A: Yes it does.

**Q: Is ut black wall?**
A: No supposed to be, have not received yet.

Very smooth and quiet! I thought something was wrong with my vehicle engine cuz I could hear it much more clearly! But it was just that I wasn't hearing as much road noise.
