How do you use it?** A: use it just like any strip--it has a clear center for easier insertion. if the contact is too tight it won't go thru, meant to relieve overhangs, careful strip can bother the gingivae --meant mostly for anterior composite restorations **Q: Can i use this to grind down a high spot on my teeth? Will it work?** A: It may. I used it between two teeth (vertical) to open up a very tight spacing. I purchased a couple different abrasion levels ad found the harsher one worked best for my need. It does not at all hurt but go slowly as it works really well on the teeth and quickly ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review *by A***E on 13 September 2022* In order to properly file the sharp edge of my chipped molar and nothing else, I used a ice cream stick with the end notched wide enough to place the strip over the end of the stick and hold the width of the strip in place. I then used tape to hold the strip around the flat stick to do two things, one keep the sharp edges of the strip away from anything and two, to limit the filing surface from filing other teeth. This worked well and I no longer have this sharp edge on my chipped molar.
