Review: Very disappointed - Purchased this in a an attempt to lose weight having successfully used hypnotherapy CD's for other purposes. Have listened every day (and sometimes several times a day) for 4 weeks. No results at all. I just cannot "go off" with this CD. Words are used that are contradicty through the text and just dont sit well with me. I'm going back to Paul McKenna CD's. Would not recommend this product.

Purchased this in a an attempt to lose weight having successfully used hypnotherapy CD's for other purposes. Have listened every day (and sometimes several times a day) for 4 weeks. No results at all. I just cannot "go off" with this CD. Words are used that are contradicty through the text and just dont sit well with me. I'm going back to Paul McKenna CD's. Would not recommend this product.

Didn't work for me! In fact, her voice was quite annoying to lusten to so gave up after numerous tries! Sorry but cannot recommend.
