It seemed to work well and was easy enough to apply once it was actually in the dog's ears. The biggest challenge was the smell. The moment the bottle came out and the dog caught a whiff of it, they suddenly became far more interested in being literally anywhere else in the house. Getting them to stay still long enough to use it was definitely the hardest part of the process. Once applied though, it seemed to do its job well and I didn't have any complaints with the product itself.
