**Q: Can i apply this with a mop? And then wash it off?**
A: I would think so.  add water to the zep. A mop or broom will work with a lot of scrubbing

**Q: Does this contain bleach?**
A: Not to my knowledge. It is safe on aluminum, bleach is not.

I’ve tried a few different cleaners for pressure washing, and this one has been the best so far. It lifted off mildew and dirt that other products barely touched. Didn’t leave any weird residue, and the smell wasn’t overpowering. If you’re dealing with weathered siding or doors, this stuff makes the job way easier. For the record this door is on a shed way in the back of my yard. And I had to buy a extra Water house to get back there. So ive neglected this door/shed for like 5 years lol This stuff works best spraying directly on a dry door. Let it set for 5 minutes and then pressure hose it off!
