The 'energy' given doesn't compare to caffeinated products, but also no crash at all. I was however shocked at the hunger suppression I read about here and there. This is coming from someone who has tried all the tricks before - thermogenics, green tea caffeinated drinks, high protein, low cal high volume, eating protein first. This blew all of these tricks out of the water and was not the reason i purchased it. Easily gets me through my 12-hour shifts.
