A: The pedestal base is plastic. the bowl is ceramic. The person saying all ceramic should delete their misinformation.

A: Just connect water supply to toilet, will be fine..

A: Mine is 19 inches.

**Q: can i replace my thetford rv toilet with a dometic**
A: We changed from the Thetford for a Dometic 310. It’s very easy to do.As long as you have the room and the holes line up.

Such an exquisite difference from my factory installed version. Bit higher so the squat isnt so low, easier to clean with the porcelain bowl too. I found it recommende through utube video and glad I did. Very simple installation. No worries with this product
