This product is definitely good for medium to low porosity hair, and it smells AMAZING. After rinsing out my shampoo, I got as much water out of the ends of my hair as I could (this helps it absorb into your hair follicles and not be watered down by the water), I took about one scoop of the hair mask and rubbed it between my hands and into the ends of my hair. Take care not to get it on your scalp. I tied it up and left it for 15 minutes (you can do 20 minutes aswell) and as soon as I washed it out I could feel the difference. It genuinely felt like someone had just lathered my hair in conditioner and kept it in there for a lifetime, it was so soft so quickly and it made my ends feel gorgeous and glossy.
