I fully expected it to still taste terrible. I have to admit, I'm surprised. It does taste good. Instructions are just to take 1mL daily using the dropper it comes with. It doesn't say how, like some supplements say under the tongue. But swallowing like it's a liquid candy is just fine. It is raspberry flavor, and it's very raspberry. So if that's not a flavor you like, this may not be for you. But I liked it, and I have a big time sweet tooth. The only thing that caught me off guard was the smell. It's not bad at all, it just doesn't smell like it tastes. It smells like those perfume-y, fake rose scented bath gel beads all the millennial's moms and aunties had for some reason but never used. Or like the pouporri specifically in a small church bathroom. Anyway, not unpleasant. Just unusual. Packaging was fine. Bottle arrived fine. No cracks or breaks. The top was vacuum sealed. I'd buy it again.
