To be fair, I didn’t notice much difference overall, although I did think the thinning seemed to slow slightly at the sides and I started to see a small patch of regrowth at the front. It may just be that I didn’t give them long enough to see the full effect. One thing worth mentioning — the taste. They do have a strong fishy flavour when you first take them, although it fades quickly once you wash them down with water.
