Could've even return it because would only get 3.99 in shipping refunded and had to use trackable service. B*$&, cheapest flat rate envelope is $12. This is a $6 piece of garbage so cutting my losses.

**Q: Why can't KZO Bluetooth tracker connect to smart devices (Mobile phones, tablets, etc)?**
A: A. Confirm if the smart device is turning on Bluetooth. B. Check if the battery has power. If the battery is dead, replace it with an extra battery we provided. C. Reset the KZO iTag or restart the app.

**Q: Why does the phone not ring or receive notifications when you double-click the device button?**
A: 1. No notification - the recording function is turned on. You need to exit the recording interface; 2. No ringing - the phone's sound setting is 0. You only need to set the phone to do not disturb mode, but the sound needs to be greater than 0.

**Q: Is KZO smart tag applicable to both Android and Apple phones?**
A: Yes, but you need to download the iSearching APP on your phone. And it doesn't work with Apple Find my. If you think the function of the APP is not good, you can tell us and we will give you a solution.

**Q: Why does the KZO Bluetooth tracker keep ringing?**
A: 1. If you click the "alarm" on the APP, the sound will continue until you click stop or press the button to pause. 2. If the Bluetooth distance is over 15m or APP is closed, KZO tag will stop ringing after about 30s, or press the button to pause.

**Q: Does the APP have to allow access permission?**
A: No, you can set it according to your usage. You can choose: Prohibit/Enable only during use/Ask every time you use it. The app will not access personal emails or contacts but will remind you whether to enable notification permissions.
