Overall, the phone works perfectly: performance, camera, Face ID — everything is fine. However, the cosmetic condition doesn’t fully match the “Excellent” grade. There are noticeable scratches and scuffs on the stainless steel frame, which are clearly visible and not minor marks. Also, the battery health was at 86% out of the box. While this is still usable, I expected a higher battery percentage for an “Excellent” renewed device.
