A: You can reposition both pillows or remove them. The head pillow is held on with a strap that can be moved up and down.

A: hi there, this chair could work without arm rest, but the problem is you need to find something to plug 4 holes. in a word, we suggest that you could assemble with armrests:)

A: No. But, they do adjust and move with with the position of the back. They just don't move up or down individually.
