- It can also be applied over or under other concrete coatings or as a protective layer over concrete stains
- Seal & Finish does not require acid etching and can be touched up or recoated with simple surface preparation
- Multiple coats will produce a semi-gloss finish
- Seal & Finish can be tinted with up to 2 ounces of universal colorant to simulate the appearance of stained concrete
