But feel too weak to resume my favorite yoga class. I just started this 12 week program. I’m planning to do it in 14 weeks because I want to add on the optional prep weeks. I want to build back slowly. I am very excited about the layout of this book and the progression towards more difficulty. I expect great results. I'm five weeks in on the program and love it. Each exercise is the right amount of doable and challenge and the instructions and set-up make it easy to do the exercises correctly. My body is definitely getting stronger and I love the tracking system. The way it's laid out means and the variety of exercises mean I'll be using this book for years.
