You never know on Amazon but it was just so beautiful and was like 500 to 1000 dollars less than the average reformer in appearance. It arrived with everything in two sturdy crates. It came mostly preassembled which is wonderfulIt does fold and it fits nicely in my closet as shown. I would not recommend it for smaller closets though as it's depth is approx from my fingertips to middle of my elbow and goes up high enough to not allow room for hanging clothes (as shown). Id like to not that the pulleys have to be unassembled every time you fold it up which is not shown in the product information. But I'm sure I'll get used to setting this up the night before a workout so it's not too much assembly time and it's just all ready for me.It came with everything pictured and the color is the same pinky beige as the images. The carriage is smooth, the assembly is easy. All of the pieces are sturdy, and the leather is super soft.This one reminds me a lot of the "Personal Hour Janet 2.0 Elite" that is going for like $1,600 on sale.
