Does come with a brush to comb mane and tail, and several tiny pieces. We put away the very small pieces to make sure there are no choking hazards. It is slightly too small for a full size Barbie Doll. But large enough to enjoy playing with. Legs do not bend.

**Q: Would these fit the 6" lori dolls and mini american girl dolls?  i am looking for horses for the lori doll stable but they are sold out at target.**
A: I don’t know about the 6” lori dolls but it is too small for an American girl doll . This is more proportionate for a Barbie but my son and daughter got this horse for wrestling figurines . Perfect for battles !
