I've slept far better the past two nights than I have in ages. But if you're at all sensitive to odours or perfumes, use the spray very sparingly till you know you can tolerate it. I used one puff on a tissue placed in the far corner of the room the first night, and I got a headache and my mouth and eyes were burning. Second night, I used a few drops of the massage oil on a tissue. Tonight I tried the spray again, smallest possible spray on a tissue, and guess what. Headache and burning mouth and eyes. I'll keep using it though, because it works!
