The key thing is to prepare them properly. You have to drain the water well and rinse the noodles completely. The smell when initially opening the package is bad, but it does go away with rinsing. After rinsing transfer pasta to a hot pan. No warm but properly hot. Cook noodles alone until all the water has evaporated and then add your sauce. This is important to improve texture and prevent dilution of sauce flavor due to the excess water carried by the pasta after rinsing. For more complicated dishes I usually complete these steps and then place the pasta to the side to cook other components I may want to add to the sauce or start any meat for sauce from scratch. Pasta can then be added at the end and cooked into dish for five minutes or so to warm and absorb flavor. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic!!! *by J*** on December 3, 2018* I recently developed some gluten allergies and this pasta has made it so easy to cope with it!
