Or do you? *by M***W on Reviewed in the United States on July 26, 2018* I have to say this TYPE of pillow DOES support your head and neck more so than any other TYPE of product that I have used.HOWEVER, as you can see from the photo it is so made so incredibly cheap. THis isn’t fleece, it’s that cheap thin polyester lining fabric. It feels good on the skin but it is not breathable = super hot. Notice how it is so ill fitting about the actual brace. Not only that but I have been messing with it for maybe 3 hours and the felt part that the Velcro hooks onto has already started to become very loose. Not to mention all the errant undone stitching it had out the box. Not to mention the padding is virtually nonexistent and there is no way to remove the brace from the scarf to wash it, the hole is the size of 2 fingers and the brace can’t bend out.Update: I was contacted by the seller they refunded my money and explained they are working on a new version with better build quality and possibly an increase in padding. They also sent me a free pillow of my choice. I ordered a TRTL pillow and I have to be honest...there isn’t much difference. They have the same internal structure. Almost the same amount of padding. The outer of this pillow is just not as nice.
