The Ultra Garlic being my preferred choice because of the high Alicin content, which is lacking in so many garlic supplements, but which is the compound in garlic most beneficial to health. Some users might not appreciate the pungency that’s emitted when opening the packet but I regard this as a positive indication of the garlic content. Thankfully that pungency does not translate into bad breath or the taste of garlic repeating once swallowed.
