I picked these up to replace a set that were wearing through. These straps are nice and wide/thick, making them feel quite substantial. The rubberized surface definitely prevents any slipping. I've used them a couple times and so far they seem to be holding up pretty well, but I don't know how well the rubber will hold up long term. If I had one complaint that kept me from giving 5 stars, it would be that the angled loop design isn't as comfortable as the padded cuff style where the strap hangs perpendicular to the cuff.
