1 week in and here is what I noticed! 1 st few days only took 1 a day though 2 a day is recommended. I didn’t see a significant difference with taking only 1 pill, so I started taking 2 and noticed a great difference! I have energy, overall well being, mental clarity and some pain relief in joints.
