I am usually a tad disappointed with American style cookbooks, being of British origins, especially because some ingredients aren't easily available here in Australia. This cookbook was beyond easy, even giving bread recipes to make the buns to create the burgers. I appreciate the effort the author obviously made to source the recipes, from the inception of the 'burger' to present day offerings via gluten free, sourdough and other recent culinary trends.I admit that I received a free pdf format of the book, but despite this would be reluctant to give a review without thoroughly checking out the book. It was a pleasant surprise to me that I actually really liked it.
