Pros - organic and grass fed source only; the company is hugely supportive of sustainable agriculture; product is regularly lab tested to insure optimal quality for optimal nutrition Cons - if the taste of organ meat bothers you, you may not like that you can taste these in burps lol! (I open the caps and thoroughly mix in a lot of macadamia butter...taste gone Why - As a keto-paleo eater who came late in life to this diet, I have a LOT of regeneration in my body to catch up on. Eating fresh organ meat has been great but supply has not been reliable. So, I gave in and tried these. Surprisingly quickly, both my spouse and I felt the difference.
