Review: Il prodotto ha avuto un problema, la prima consegna (originale Piaggio nell'imballo originale) aveva un evidente difetto meccanico. Segnalato al venditore il problema, lo stesso venditore si è comportato benissimo: in giornata, dopo aver visionato le fotografie che segnalavano l'evidente difetto meccanico, mi ha spedito un nuovo gruppo senza esitazioni. Ho restituito il gruppo guasto senza spese aggiuntive, contemporaneamente alla ricezione del gruppo nuovo (sempre nell'imballo originale Piaggio). Montato il secondo gruppo termico (arrivato integro) l'Ape ha funzionato secondo le previsioni, cioè bene.

Il prodotto ha avuto un problema, la prima consegna (originale Piaggio nell'imballo originale) aveva un evidente difetto meccanico. Segnalato al venditore il problema, lo stesso venditore si è comportato benissimo: in giornata, dopo aver visionato le fotografie che segnalavano l'evidente difetto meccanico, mi ha spedito un nuovo gruppo senza esitazioni. Ho restituito il gruppo guasto senza spese aggiuntive, contemporaneamente alla ricezione del gruppo nuovo (sempre nell'imballo originale Piaggio). Montato il secondo gruppo termico (arrivato integro) l'Ape ha funzionato secondo le previsioni, cioè bene.
