I use it extensively for rideshare. Very happy so far with how it works. A little limited in where and how you can position it (as are all fixed-geometry mounts), other than that, I am VERY satisfied with it - the amount of spring in the 'arms' is plenty to hold the phone, an I have gotten the hang of mounting and dismounting the phone with one arm. The suction and adjustment mechanisms both work perferctly. ### ⭐⭐ Broke on first use. *by D***R on Reviewed in the United States on May 10, 2018* I used it for one 20 minute trip to work. I took my phone out of the mount and it fell apart. A clip on the inside had been broken when it was assembled at the factory. I super glued it back together and it seems to be working fine now.
