It does take a little bit to get used to it, but I guess that's why one would buy a balance board, isn't it? I have had knee issues, and it doesn't seem to have an adverse effect. My reasons for purchasing the wobble board, is to develop the foot and ankle muscles, and it h as been effective with that. Building muscle reduces pain. Working on balance has been a bonus side effect, and the fact that this fun. It's also durable enough that you don't have to worry about kids/grandkids damaging it. However, I haven't trusted my cat with it. I hide the side that I suspect he would like to scratch, and I keep it far away from the catnip. Fury Fitness has been a great company from which to order. They are fast and they keep you informed of the status of your order. They also check back with you to see if you liked the product, but they're not obnoxious with the emails. Feel free to give your email address because they notify of you some greatly discounted stuff, one of which I ordered. No, I haven't been paid or compensated for this reviews. I'm not shy about it when I don't like a product, so I try to give a good review when it's a high quality product that I really like. I've also benefited from thorough reviews left by others. Just trying to return the favor. Review: Works well - Started using wobble boards in therapy(knees/balance) and wanted to continue that exercise now that I am done there. This is a solid, well designed product. Wide enough to feel stable under your feet and tall enough to really work the stabilizer muscles in the hip and knee areas. I like it and have suggested it to a couple of friends. I'm 70 and feel that 10 minutes a day will diminish the risk of falls and contribute to good mobility going forward. To me, this is an inexpensive and easy way to help sustain quality of life as we age. Good product ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ... the Fury Fitness balance board quickly and am very happy with it *by R***L on September 8, 2016* I received the Fury Fitness balance board quickly and am very happy with it. I hadn't used my roller blades in 10 yrs and wanted to tone up before really getting into it. The balance board is great -- it sharpens your reflexes, strengthens and tones your muscles, and can be used as a basic balance board for beginners, or to do more complicated stances/movements for others. It's well made, sturdy but lightweight, and easy to carry around. After looking at various balance boards to buy, I'm very glad I chose this one. I'd recommend it to anyone. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.us/products/67358593-balance-board-for-active-men-and-women-wobble-balancing-boards](https://www.desertcart.us/products/67358593-balance-board-for-active-men-and-women-wobble-balancing-boards) --- *Product available on Desertcart United States of America* *Store origin: US* *Last updated: 2026-10-08*
