Packaged well and the guitar had no issues. Now for the fun part, this guitar is the most comfortable guitar I have ever played. I have Yamahas and Martin’s and Taylor’s and this guitar is the first one I pick up each time. The neck width and scale length are perfect. The guitar is light and comfortable to hold. The body size is ideal for those that want a comfortable size while avoiding the dreaded dreadnought. The action was perfect out of the box. Strings are nice quality too. I am a strummer and it plays really well. If this is an entry level Guild then I plan to buy a high end Guild next time. I absolutely love this guitar.
