## Questions & Answers

**Q: It seems like this would just spray juice all over the place. How messy is it? I'm looking at either this attachment or a small countertop juicer.**
A: Slow down the mixer!  If you run it on high speed of course you'll get a mess.  I've run this on medium speed and it juices lemons and oranges effectively with no mess.  It's better than the other countertop juicers since it makes use of the more powerful Kitchenaid motor.

**Q: Is this fairly easy to clean? I typically dislike juicers because the clean up is so difficult.**
A: Yes, it rinses clean in running water.  The strainer mesh is rather broad (you may prefer to strain the juice through a fine mesh if you dislike pulp) and it also pops out of the attachment - so cleanup is easy.

**Q: Is this made in China?**
A: I'm happy to say that it is made in the USA! We need to see more of that in the products that we use!

**Q: would it juice an onion for a dressing, for I make a dressing that calls for 3 Tb. of onion juice**
A: No, I wouldn't recommend this for anything but citrus fruit.  Bryan's suggestions are good, or you might consider a vegetable juicer.  There is a Kitchenaid attachment for fruit/vegetable juicing which might work on onions.
