Review: after-sales service have been highly disappointing. - Very Poor Product Quality & Extremely Unprofessional After-Sales Service I purchased this wall-mounted fan from Oltaco on desertcart, expecting reasonable quality and proper after-sales support, especially since the product comes with a 1-year warranty. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. The fan makes excessive and abnormal noise, and I have been following up with the company for more than one month. Despite several commitments from their representatives, the issue has still not been resolved. What is even more concerning is that their representative has acknowledged that the problem is due to a manufacturing defect, yet there has been no satisfactory resolution. A warranty is meaningful only when the company stands behind its product and provides timely support. Repeated promises without action show a complete lack of professionalism and customer commitment. I strongly recommend potential buyers think twice before purchasing this product. The product quality and, more importantly, the after-sales service have been highly disappointing.
