My Dad's 90+ hands are cracked & bleeding from washing, could he use this to clean his hands?** A: I can’t remember if it was antibacterial but I think this product should work. I bought this for my mother going through chemo treatment which cause extreme dryness and cracking to her skin which made her miserable. We used this and she improved slowly. But it did make a big difference to her skin. **Q: I have a condition that recommends the use of Aqueous cream instead of soap. Is this Aqeous cream or something close?** A: I'm honestly not sure, but it is very simple.
