Was a seamless procedure to return. ### ⭐ Faulty item, had to return it unfortunately *by M***N on 27 July 2021* Firstly, please note this is a 15mm thick 2.5" hard drive, made in China. I also noticed the cover sticker is slightly different from other Seagate HDs I bought, so please be aware of this. As it doesn't fit my usual portable HD case, so I have to connect it with a desktop SATA extension docking.
