I messaged the seller and had a response within a few hours. The item came in two separate deliveries which I wasn't aware of. I messaged the seller and they explained my other package was in transit and it arrives a day or two later. The instructions wasn't very clear as I had 3 books which all said the same thing but didn't give complete building instructions fortunately I'm an engineer so it wasn't an issue but if your unsure or haven't got an engineering mind it could be troublesome.Once the complete unit was delivered and I'd put it together the kids love it. It's stronger and sturdier than I was expecting and the over all quality is high. The customer service is great and the product performs well so can't really fault them.
