This was great for helping to reduce the swelling. Since it comes in a pair and I only hurt 1 hand, I was able to ice it for twice as long. They feel comfortable and fit well. Definitely god to have in the house if you have arthritis or work with your hands. The only issue was it only stayed cold for 10-15 minutes.
