**Q: Does it collapse and fall easily, and is it sturdy?**
A: It seems quite strong and stable and does not collapse.

**Q: My cupboard will just about fit an ironing board 142 cm folded inluding legs - is 142cm the definite folded length?**
A: yes

**Q: Can I use my steam iron as it says I can't on the instructions, unless I have misunderstood**
A: I've had mine over two years now and always used a steam iron. No detrimental effects.
Don't know why it should say otherwise in the instructions.
Do what l did, throw the instructions in the bin and carry on ironing.

**Q: Could some please tell me the actual size of the area you iron on & then the full length with ironing rest please TIA**
A: The ironing board is 124cm in length. The width is 35cm. There is some tapering at on end as is normal in ironing boards.
