Very robustly made, just a single chunk of plastic with a couple of grippier strips on the rockers. Gives really good calf and achilles stretches (with slightly different knee positions). Much easier to get a deep and more intense stretch than various normal toes-up stretches. I also like to use 2 as footrests to absent-mindedly rock my feet back and forth to keep my calves moving when sitting for long periods at a desk or watching TV, etc. There are a bunch of other stretches in the instructions which do work but aren't as easy and effective as the simple calf one. If you read far enough down the instructions there's even a standing hamstring stretch which again does work but takes a lot more care and attention to 'find' the stretch in the right place. If you buy it for calf and/or achilles you won't go wrong, anything else is just a bit of an add-on bonus.

Neat and simple idea. Very robustly made, just a single chunk of plastic with a couple of grippier strips on the rockers. Gives really good calf and achilles stretches (with slightly different knee positions). Much easier to get a deep and more intense stretch than various normal toes-up stretches. I also like to use 2 as footrests to absent-mindedly rock my feet back and forth to keep my calves moving when sitting for long periods at a desk or watching TV, etc. There are a bunch of other stretches in the instructions which do work but aren't as easy and effective as the simple calf one. Our physio recommended this and gave the right advice on how to use it. If you don't there is a potential to do more damage to your ankles/legs etc. We use it everyday and improvements took about 3 weeks. Now only using it 3 to 4 times a week.
